GPS signals may be received with this antenna inside a building, depending on the structure of the building and RF transparency. See our FAQ page for additional information. If an outdoor antenna is required, while this model is rated for outdoor use, it is not recommended as a long-term outdoor antenna. Extension cables are available for this antenna here.
