QUOTES, ORDERS, SHIPPING, and Other Frequently Asked Questions
All information that is required for a quote can be obtained from our website. In order to keep our prices as low as possible for ALL of our customers, TimeMachines does not provide dealer/reseller pricing or special discounts to any organization or entity. Product costs are identical to what is listed on the website for everyone.
If you require a quote, please add the items needed to the cart (please see the Catalog page for a complete listing), include the complete billing and shipping information, and that will capture product costs, shipping costs, taxes (if applicable) and order totals. Then select TimeMachines Quote upon checkout to create an order and invoice that will be listed as PENDING PAYMENT to serve as a quote for your organization. You will receive an email with a link to a PDF copy of the invoice. The order will not ship until payment is received. Please be sure to login to your TimeMachines Account prior to check out, or check the "Create an account?" box as you enter billing/shipping details (if you are not already a customer). This is the only way to save the order/quote to your customer account for access to a PDF of the quote and payment processing if you decide to proceed at a later time.
Please understand that TImeMachines does not accept purchase orders and requires prepayment on all orders, no exceptions. We understand that this may not be optimal for all organizations, but it is our policy and does not change for any customer.
Orders cannot be changed once payment is made. However, if you need to change items, quantities, billing information, or shipping information, simply create a new quote. Follow the exact same checkout procedure as instructed above. We strongly recommend cancelling any quotes that are incorrect so that payment is not issued in error at a later time.
TimeMachines will let a quote remain open for 60 days. If payment has not been received in that period of time, the quote will be cancelled. Cancellation of a quote simply means that payment can no longer be issued. A new quote can be generated using the same checkout procedure that is outlined above for "How do I get a quote?".
If you wish to cancel an open quote, login to your TimeMachines account where a listing of all quotes and orders can be found under the Orders section. Orders that have a Pending Payment status are open quotes that have been created, and can be cancelled at any time by clicking the Cancel button. They will still remain in your order history with a Cancelled Status.
If you did not create a TimeMachines account, or did not login to your existing account during the checkout in creating your quote, then it was created as a guest user, and you will not have access to it for future use. Please be sure to login to your TimeMachines Account prior to checkout, or check the "Create an account?" box as you enter billing/shipping details (if you are not already a customer). This is the only way to save the order/quote to your customer account for access to the quote and payment processing if you decide to proceed at a later time.

We do offer bulk discounts to all of our customers. For 5-9 units, there is a 5% discount. For 10+ units, there is a 10% discount. These discounts are of any single model of a TimeMachines' product on a single order. These discounts will be automatically applied to your cart during checkout.
Prepayment is required on all orders, no exceptions. Payment can be issued with credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or check. We do not accept purchase orders nor extend terms. Payment on any order is exclusive acceptance of TimeMachines' terms and conditions. Please be sure that billing and shipping details are complete and accurate, as they cannot be changed once payment is issued.
Payment with credit card or PayPal must be done online, and is the only way to ensure the possibility of same day shipping.
If you are paying with bank transfer or check, you must first create your quote online. Shipment of your order will not occur until payment is received. In order to minimize shipping delays, please contact us at tmsales@timemachinescorp.com, and reference the quote/invoice number to let us know your preferred payment method.
For a domestic ACH, there is no additional fee, but you must first generate a quote to receive bank details. For International wire transfers, there is a $50 fee due to the bank fees incurred. Once the quote is created, we will update the invoice with the $50 International Wire Transfer Fee and send bank details. Payments made should reference your invoice number. In order to avoid further delays, we ask that the receipt for the bank transfer is sent to our tmsales@timemachinescorp.com.
If you are paying by check, please make sure your payment clearly references the quote/invoice number and send it to our address listed on the invoice.
TImeMachines does not accept purchase orders nor extend terms to any customer. Prepayment is required on all orders, no exceptions. All purchases that are made are subject exclusively to TimeMachines' terms and conditions. We understand that this may not be optimal for all organizations, but it is our policy and does not change for any customer.
If you do not see sales tax showing up in the cart during checkout, then we do not currently collect sales tax in your state, and nothing further is required. If sales tax is displayed on your order and your are sales tax exempt, then we need your exemption certificate - please send it to our sales email: tmsales@timemachinescorp.com. Once we have your exemption certificate verified, we will update your TimeMachines' account status so that orders placed on that account are exempt from sales tax. This can typically happen within minutes and we will send you a confirmation email when it is completed so that you will be able to proceed quickly with either a quote or an order. We are not able to refund sales tax once an order has been paid, so please be sure to get us your documentation PRIOR to placing the order.
Regardless of whether or not TimeMachines collects sales tax on your purchase, as a customer you are responsible for proper reporting of your purchase based on your respective state or country's rules and laws of the sale. If we have collected sales tax on your order, then we will remit the tax that was collected for the sale to your state's Department of Revenue. If we do not collect sales tax on your order, then it is up to you and your organization to appropriately declare the purchase to your state's Department of Revenue, exempt or otherwise. TimeMachines is not responsible for duties and taxes of imports on international orders.
No, we do not ship on customer or 3rd party carrier accounts. All shipping options and costs are listed and paid for during checkout. We ship UPS for all domestic orders, and provide both UPS and DHL as options for our international customers.

We ship from our manufacturing facility in Lincoln, NE 68510. Most orders in the US will arrive within 1-4 business days using UPS ground, and typically 5 days for destinations in Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout, including overnight, 2-day and 3-day services. Delays can occur at peak volume times and if insufficient or incorrect shipping information is provided during the checkout process.

TRANSIT OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS IN CANADA & MEXICO:
UPS standard is the most economical shipping method we offer, and is $25-$45 to most destinations, with a estimated transit time of 6-10 days. UPS Worldwide Express is the fastest method, typically between 1-3 days transit, depending on specific location, but is much more expensive. DHL may add a day in transit because we are not on a regular pickup route for their services, but is similar in transit to UPS Worldwide Express. Broker information can be specified in the order notes at time of checkout, and that information will be provided to the carrier selected when the shipment is created. If no broker information is included, the carrier selected will deliver or arrange delivery to the destination specified in the order.
TRANSIT OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE NORTH AMERICA:
International shipping costs and transit time depends on the specific destination. Our website cart provides the options that we offer through UPS and DHL. UPS Worldwide Express is the fastest method, typically between 1-4 days transit, depending on location. DHL is similar in regards to transit time as UPS Worldwide Express, but can add a day or two to order processing time because we are not on a regular pickup route for their services, so same day shipping does not always apply. UPS Worldwide Expedited is typically the most economical, but does add a few days to transit time, typically 4-10 days, again depending on location.
Shipping INCOTERMS for all international orders is FCA-origin, which is our manufacturing facility in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. When an international shipment is created, TimeMachines will provide necessary export documentation to the carrier selected. This is submitted directly to the carrier electronically (when possible) to minimize clearance delays. Clearance through customs may delay receipt of the order beyond the transit time listed above, but having good contact information for the recipient (phone and email), can minimize delays particularly in facilitating payment of duties and taxes which are not included in the total order cost but are your responsibility. TimeMachines does not change or modify export documents after a shipment is sent. If additional documentation will be needed by the customer, questions should be sent to our sales team prior to placing the order, and if approved, must be requested at the time of order in the Order Notes.
TimeMachines wants our customers to have products that work for their needs. While we do not offer demos or samples, we do have a 20 day return window for all orders. If you are not happy with the item, you can return it for up to 20 days after purchase and the full cost of the item will be refunded (assuming it is new condition).
